Kim is a Partner at BioQuest, an Executive Search firm specializing in the recruitment of senior level executives in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical and healthcare IT companies.
As a key member of the BioQuest team since 1998, Kim has placed CEOs, CFOs, and other senior level executives in all functional leadership roles including sales and marketing, R&D, operations & manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and finance. Known for her candid approach, Kim brings over twenty-six years of healthcare experience to BioQuest, both in industry and as a clinical nurse.
For 16 years she held positions in sales, training and business development for leading medical device companies including Mallinckrodt, Haemonetics and Laserscope, and prior to that she spent 10 years as a registered nurse gaining clinical expertise in open heart, cardiovascular and laser surgery.
Kim holds a BSN from Adelphi University, Long Island, New York, as well as a Master of Art and Masters of Education from Columbia University.
